Stephenson played a fast game in the outfield on his Freshman nine, but was not altogether at home there yesterday. Toward the end of the practice he improved, however, and made some good catches. Currier was originally a candidate for catcher, and was moved to the outfield later in the year. At Holy Cross, where he substituted for Stephenson, he caught a lively game, but was unsteady in throwing to bases. Yesterday afternoon, under the coaching of W. T. Reid, Jr., '01, he threw with good speed and accuracy. Simons fielded well in his new position...
