...Cambodia, fighting between the South Vietnamese troops and their Cambodian allies broke out twice over the weekend. On Saturday night, according to the Associated Press, South Vietnamese marines attacked a Cambodian outpost at Veal Thom, seven miles outside of Phnom Penh.
