Lawrence Halprin, a distinguished San Francisco architect and planner, will be chairman of the executive committee; Henry L. Kimelman, former assistant to Udall at Interior, will be president and treasurer. A group of 25 advisers will assist in developing Overview concepts, notably Architect I. M. Pei, Moshe Safdie, designer of "Habitat" at Canada's Expo 67, and Edmund N. Bacon, Philadelphia's extremely able city planner...
