Light on Farms Sirs: In TIME, Aug. 14 is a letter from Mr. R. Wallace Brewster of Uniontown, Pa. in which the writer says, "In our country, where many of electricity's greatest uses have been invented . . . . only one-fifth of the farms are electrified.
