One day last week the Baby Gar VII slowed down to 40 miles an hour, with intent to turn around a buoy in the Havana open speedboat contest. Just ahead, the speedboat Miss Palm Beach was making the same turn. Splash went a wave slowing up Miss Palm Beach by a split second.
