Researchers are finding that antipsychotics can help alleviate paranoid, schizoid and schizotypal symptoms. A variety of drugs--including mood stabilizers, such as lithium and Depakote; anticonvulsants like Tegretol; and SSRIs--may help control the impulsive element of the dramatic disorders.
