Henry Wilson Hardy '22 of Cambridge, Mass., was declared the winner of the twenty-fourth annual debate for the Pasteur Medal held last evening in the John Knowles Paine Concert Hall of the Music Building. The subject was "Resolved, that the Army Program of France as proposed at the Conference on Limitation of Armaments is justifiable". Henry Jacob Friendly '23 of Elmira, N. Y. received honerable mention. Professor I. L. Winter '86 presided and the judges were Professor J. T. Murray '99 and Dr. G. H.
