Visitors to Room No. 1881 of Cleveland's Union Trust Building, offices of Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway Co., were last week greeted by Patrolmen Jeremiah Smith and Ignatius Reschke and Sergeant Rudolph Maralowitz.
