...Second nine easily defeated Groton on Saturday afternoon in an uninteresting game by the score of 20 to 4. The Harvard team was conspicuously superior in every point of the game. Paul pitched a wild and unsteady game for Groton, allowing nine bases on balls, a three-base hit, six two-base hits and six singles. In the first inning, three of the Harvard team were twice at the bat, and nine of the twenty runs were scored.
