Gibson, who played third base last year on the University baseball team, was trying to get into Stoughton 10 on the third floor to get some old clothes, when the strap on the fire escape broke and he fell thirty feet to the stone pavement, breaking one ankle, spraining the other, and bruising his face considerably.
