Every undergraduate who at the end of the Christmas or spring recess fails to register at the time set for that purpose may be required to pay a fee of $5.00 before being permitted to do so. Payment of this fee does not preclude action by the Administrative Board in the cases of students who register late. So students, except those who living at distance have been granted an extension of time at the end of the recess, are excused from any of their college appointments...
