Sirs: In reading your pellucid stories of Japanese state problems, particularly of those in connection with the shooting by ambitious, 23-year-old Tameo Sagoya of Premier Hamaguchi in a Tokyo railway station (TIME, Nov. 24), I do not recall any mention of the recent exorcising ceremonies performed there (in the station) by Buddhist high priests.
