TIME, unpredictable, printed nothing concerning a matter which would interest many of its readers. ... I refer to a recent issue of the Penn State Froth, which was a parody on TIME. In this parody the opportunity was taken to "razz" many of the pet aversions of the student body as represented by the Froth Staff.
