Last Saturday the team defeated Pennsylvania, the nine which the University is playing today, by the overwhelming score of 10 to 4. Pumpelly pitched the game, and though he showed a tendency to be slightly wild, his delivery proved a complete puzzle. ...University baseball team sets out today for its game with the University of Pennsylvania at Franklin Field, Philadelphia, tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. The squad, including Coach Haughton, Managers Cunningham, Foreman, and Parsons, leaves the Square at 12.25 o'clock this afternoon. The 1.05 train will take them to New York where a number of the men will spend the night at Hotel Vanderbilt. Ten will go directly to Philadelphia. Those who have examinations will leave Cambridge tomorrow morning...

Mansfield '15 won in the singles, and Williams and Caner secured a victory in the doubles. The match with Pennsylvania, scheduled for May 21, had to be cancelled on account of rain. On May 25, Princeton took 7 of the 9 matches. The game had been postponed twice, and the University players had had no practice to keep them in form. Williams made up for his defeat in the intercollegiates...
