...sorry for the petitioners who are mistreated and ignored as they struggle for justice in Beijing. Government officials are appointed to serve the people and to represent justice. Perhaps they are afraid of admitting past mistakes, or maybe they fear that their rulings may offend powerful people. But then what is the purpose of the petition officials?
