Penn scored its first Ivy League victory since upsetting Harvard in 1963. The Quakers edged Brown when junior guard Jerry Petrisko blocked a punt on the Bruins' 13-yard line. Penn workhorse Bruce Molloy carried the ball three straight times and finally went over from five. Brown's fine quarterback Bob Hall enabled the Bruins to win the battle of statistics, if nothing else.
