The "Friend of Pelliparius" says that there was no intent to act as an accredited representative of Harvard, but only to express individual opinion. There was a great celebration at Andover over Andover's victory over Exeter. An extra number of the Phillipian was issued, with a half page cut in which were represented two porkers, one of which was dancing a jig, while the other was weeping freely. The latter of course represented Exeter...
