...photograph in yesterday's paper shows the general outward appearance of the recently-completed structure. The building is two stories high in front, this portion being constructed in Georgian style of Harvard brick, with limestone trimmings. This arrangement makes a large roof-garden over the rear section of the building, leading directly off from the editor's sanctum, which occupies the entire second floor of the front of the building. Only one copy if this is known to exist, and is kept in the State Paper Office in London. A photograph of this volume has recently been given to the University by Mr. Edward Bell '04, of the American Embassy at London
