The seal - complete with a Latin phrase for "Yes, we can" replacing "E Pluribus Unum" - was such a head-slapping example of gratuitous hubris that you had to wonder whether the opposition hadn't activated a mole inside the Obama campaign. When pressed in presidential debates, Bush even refused to say whether he wanted to see Roe overturned, choosing instead to talk about the importance of "changing hearts" about abortion...
Much like homes with similar exteriors, walk-away companies can look very different on the inside. Some use the phrase to reel in the desperate and then help them try to save their homes (what a concept), while others don't do much more than hand-holding through the foreclosure process--guidance that's given elsewhere for free.
