...taken aback to read that some people involved in clinical trials, especially pregnant women, did not find out about a medication's possible side effects before participating. A drug that is only in the testing stages should be regarded as unsafe until proved otherwise. It is outrageous that a physician would allow a pregnant woman to take part in a test.
