Goethe's "Margaret" is, of course, commonplace in everything but the borrowed passages. "Richard Wagner and the Music Drama" is instructive, well written, and somewhat original. "On Brand's Piazza" attempts too much scenic effect for the powers of so young an author. No serious objections can be made to the poetry of the number. Nothing is absolutely poor, and there is much to commend...
