Approximately 125 officers from Communications School and 100 WAVE officers from Radcliffe enjoyed a picnic last Sunday afternoon in front of Briggs Hall. Music from recordings was audible throughout the grounds by means of a public address system, where three softball games with mixed teams were in progress, while at the other end of the grounds on a Badminton court, the Shuttlecock (bird) was taking a terrific beating from the rackets of both men and women.
