By a series of line plunges and tackle back formations the ball was carried to the Chestweights' 9 yard line. Here the Chestweights held, but Pier made a poor kick-out and the Climbers got the ball on their opponents' 20 yard line. Lloyd, on a tackles back play, carried the ball over for the first touchdown.
