The heroine is a little stilted but she knows so much about fishing that we can forgive her. "A Jack-Rabbit Chase" by Belle Hunt, is brisk and amusing. The leading article of the number is "Queens of the Trotting Track." It is chiefly statistics and is rather dull reading...
