...windows, is still massive and intimidating. The pedestrian areas are claustrophobic, their trees in neat rows or sunk in cement, quite unlikely to be the site of casual gatherings. The river is nearby, but so is the noisy traffic on Soldiers Field Road, Western Ave. and the Mass Pike. The complex's curious siting isolates it from most of the surrounding area, so that if you wanted to buy something not at the built-in grocery store you'd have to walk to the Square, ten minutes away. People who want to leave the world behind when they leave work...
...example, instead of having the major access to the development be an entry ramp to the Mass Pike, why not cooperate with the MBTA to expand bus or trolley service to the area and lay out the buildings for easy ommunication with the bus stops...

Some journalists are troubled by the question of whether Schorr acted properly in making available the Pike report to Voice Editor in Chief Clay Felker in exchange for a donation to the Washington-based Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press (which says it has yet to receive any funds).
