WINDING UP Park Drive, the march crosses the Fens and heads into downtown Boston via Boylston Street. The leafleteers scour the sidewalks and pizza parlors, distributing their literature. A little blond boy of about four chants in his mother's arms, "Who's got the money? Who makes the rules? Kids can't learn in racist schools." Suddenly the march halts. It creeps forward.
