There will be handicap competitions in the broad jump, high jump, pole-vault, 16-pound shot-put, and 16-pound hammer-throw this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. The four first mentioned events will take place in the baseball cage and the hammer-throw will be from a wooden platform on Soldiers Field.
