Mussolini continues to strengthen the cordial relations existing between the State and the Vatican. Filippo Cremonesi, a Royal Commissioner, who was appointed as acting Mayor of Rome when the Mayor and Aldermen resigned three weeks ago, made an official visit to the Cardinal Vicar of Rome, Cardinal Pompili.
