President Lowell`s plan is to build four dormitories, each to accommodate about 150 students, and having between them a common dining room and smoking room. Considering the importance of spring practice this year on account of the changes in the rules and the uncertainties of many of these changes the showing at the first practice yesterday was remarkably poor. There is no reason why from 70 to 100 men should not be on the field daily, for the work lasts but little over an hour and could not interfere seriously with studies even of the men on probation.
