PAPUA NEW GUINEA Army Mutiny Rebel soldiers in Papua New Guinea ended a week-long mutiny over army reform. Thousands of soldiers and students held demonstrations in the capital, Port Moresby, after Prime Minister Mekere Morautu initially refused to meet with the rebels.
