Each year the ACSR considers dozens of shareholder resolutions in most of the companies in the Harvard portfolio, but there are usually only a few major issues on the proxy agenda--this year the issues are South Africa, bottle feeding, and political contributions, last year they were the Arab boycott of Israel; and South Africa.
