Usage:

...Chateau Historique" is a comedy in three acts. Marguerite Baudoin, the heroine, after reading some novels by Paul coudray, discoves a strong attraction to him. She writes to his publisher for a portrait of him, which arrives while her husband's best friend, Claude Barrois, is showing him some pictures of a trip. The husband's exchanges it for one of Barrois and introduced the latter as Coudray in order to depreciate his character. His success is interrupted by the arrival of Marguerite's brother Ludovic, who knows Coudray well. Marguerite shows him the picture and he discovers the trick...

...vastness but very little more; Mr. Cummings's "Sonnets", too, full of fancy as they are, defy a close search for the meaning. "Sas Agapo", by Mr. Reinhard, is clear enough, on the other hand, but a little thin. The best poem in the number is Mr. Thayer's "Portrait", full of imagination and music, but better yet, full of a real tenderness and awe that make one forget the "ivory glee" of the lady's smile, and certain stumbling lines...
