The software, brainchild of a trio of Singaporean immigrants based in Redwood City, Calif., lets you attach Post-it type notes throughout a website. Subsequent visitors who have also installed the software can read your messages, add comments or start their own discussion threads. The notes don't actually alter the underlying sites; they merely overlay them with a "transparency," to use nomenclature preferred by co-founder and CEO Eng-Siong Tan.
