REVENGE OF THE MUGGLES Harry Potter may sit atop the best seller lists, but parents in South Carolina have asked state school officials to ban the popular children's book series, claiming it promotes witchcraft and sorcery. This cover story is a shameless self-promotion and evidence of the kind of conflict of interest we will see more of as respected, independent news organizations like TIME become publicity tools for their corporate entertainment shtickmeisters.
