The Harvard Freshmen average 178 pounds to their opponents' 174, but the greatest difference is in the comparison of the lines. Yale's line averages 179 pounds per man while the Freshmen average is 191 pounds. The Freshman line from tackle to tackle totals the enormous figure of 200 pounds per man, while Yale's line would ordinarily be a very heavy one, with an average of 187.
