We are never given any forthright statement of proportions. I do not wish to challenge the good faith of the CRIMSON's writers, but surely, all will agree that phrases like "on the whole" are open to the most varying sorts of interpretation, by editor and reader alike...

...CRIMSON is inclined to agree with the Ledger's view, which takes into account the curious psychology that puts the strong arm in a higher place than the well developed brain.
