AMONG the other reforms held in view by the College Government, we trust that an alteration and improvement of the Gymnasium holds a prominent place. The present building was erected some dozen years ago, when the importance of physical culture was just beginning to meet with its proper recognition, and when, moreover, the great increase in the number of students did not seem so near at hand as it afterwards proved to be.
