Colonel Robert C. F. Goetz, field artillery, arrived in Cambridge yesterday morning to make preliminary arangements for the establishment of an artillery unit at the University. He conferred with President Lowell, Dean Yeomans, and acting-dean C. N. Greenough, but would not comment for the present on the intended unit. Old members of the club are returning to College slowly, and at present there are not enough experienced men to furnish the nucleus for a successful production.
