...work of the crews during the fall has been mainly directed toward the smoothing out of the boat. The blade work has shown decided improvement, and at the present time the boat runs well between the strokes. There is plenty of power behind the boat and the men have good endurance. The crews have rowed five times a week since October 3, and have been followed by Coach Wray in a single. ...yesterday, permission was granted to the Athletic Association to build wooden stands in the Stadium for the Dartmouth game. They will be built at the open end of the Stadium and in front of the parapet below the cement seats, and will seat about 8,000 people. As the present capacity of the Stadium is about 27,000, these extra seats will bring the total to 35,000, or somewhat less than what it was for the Yale game last fall...
