Congressman Samuel W. McCall of Winchester will speak in the Living Room of the Union on Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock on a subject of present political interest. This speech will be given under the auspices of the Harvard Republican Club. It is planned to have a short parade before the lecture similar to the one before the last Republican Club address given by the Hon. Herbert Parker '78.
