Miller has been given permission by Lawson Robertson, of the University of Pennsylvania, head coach of the Olympic team, to enter the final tryouts to be held in the stadium on July 6 and 7 without qualifying in previous meets. This privilege has been granted him because preparations for his Law School examinations have prevented him from getting in a needed amount of practice on the cinder track. In the few sprints that he has taken in the Stadium this spring, Miller has shown good form and has been comparatively consistent in equaling and breaking ten seconds...
