...crucial to reality shows, and they are as painstakingly cast as those in any Hollywood blockbuster. And sequels are tough. The first season of MTV's The Real World was an unusual if sometimes precious social experiment with an eclectic group of youth. The second was packed with annoying prima donnas dying to break into show biz. ...initial decision was variously upheld and reversed, the Supreme Court found in the man's favor. As mirrored in the particulars of Reeves' case, Monday's decision ends years of protracted legal battles over the minutiae of discrimination suits; instead, the Justices' opinion has signaled that so-called prima facie evidence will suffice in dealing with workplace woes. Bought by the Japanese entrepreneur Fusao Sekiguchi for $4 million as a yearling, the prohibitive favorite enters the Derby on a four-race winning streak, including an overpowering four-length victory in the Wood Memorial April 15 at Aqueduct. Fusaichi Pegasus has been likened to Secretariat so often that the comparison has acquired the resonance of clich...

...This is a great change for me," said a Regis-less KATHIE LEE GIFFORD, subbing last week for David Letterman. "I get to sit in for a cranky overpaid prima donna instead of sitting next to one." But seriously. Gifford's patter was interrupted by a lingerie-throwing heckler who instructed the free-and-easy Gifford to "put on a bra!" She did, retorting, "Put on a jockstrap...
