...would like to think that Harvard undergraduates in the stands could show the same respect for their opponents that their team did. The chorus "PRINCETON SUCKS" that blared repeatedly from the bleachers hardly characterizes a team that fought its heart out and provided tough opposition...

Such a puerile cheering section hardly impressed this Princeton visitor who came to cheer his team. If that is what it takes to win games on the Harvard campus, I am very disappointed. I had thought more highly of Harvard. Grenville Cuyler Charlestown
