The rumor mill started churning in 2002 when a bitter feud erupted between members of the Pritzker family (which owns Hyatt) over inheritance issues. The squabble began when two of the younger heirs, Liesel Pritzker and her brother Matthew, sued their father and 10 older cousins, claiming they had misappropriated about $1 billion from each of their trust funds. ...cream sandwiches, to be exact, constructed and dispensed by a roving Los Angeles food truck that goes by the nom de glace Coolhaus - a nod to Rem Koolhaas, the Pritzker Prize-winning architect who designed Seattle's futuristic glass-and-steel Central Library. Coolhaus is not your average ice cream truck. For one, it doesn't play annoying, repetitive jingles. Situated in Louvain-La-Neuve, a new town some 20 miles (32 km) southeast of Brussels, the Hergé Museum is a stunning piece of architecture. Designed by Pritzker Prize winner Christian de Portzamparc, its sleek concrete, steel and glass form makes it look like a stranded ocean liner, an image that deliberately echoes Tintin's many maritime exploits. Built at a cost of $20 million, and financed by Hergé's second wife Fanny, the museum reflects Hergé's huge corpus of work, much of which has, until now, been languishing largely unseen in studios and bank vaults...
