Assets are lost either because you forget about them or because institutions that hold them can't find you. Maybe you've moved. But how hard are they trying? Not nearly hard enough, if you ask me. Beyond the perception that campaign financing is a sort of legalized bribery by Big Money interests who seek to influence politicians [NATION, Nov. 1], there is another problem with campaign funds.
