...baccalaureate sermon was preached by Prof. Francis G. Peabody yesterday afternoon before a large congregation, composed mostly of Cambridge people. It was a thoughtful, eloquent address, commanding the closest attention and interest of the hearers. Dr. Peabody chose for his text a part of the fourth chapter of St. Matthew's gospel, the subject being "The Temptation of Christ."
