...gates of Smith Halls will be closed at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon and no one except residents will be allowed to enter the dormitory after that time without a ticket. Tickets may be obtained at the eastern gate, where souvenir programs and spread tickets will also be on sale. Despite adverse conditions the program of the conference is unusually attractive this year. John R. Mott, who spoke at the University last fall in connection with the Y. M. C. A. campaign, will preside, and address the convention concerning his recent work behind the battle lines in Europe. A number of other prominent speakers have been engaged, and several study groups planned. Final arrangements for the concert in the Smith Halls quadrangle at 5 o'clock on the afternoon of the Jubilee were made public last night by T. V. Bullard '21, who is in complete charge of that part of the program. The main features of the concert will be the playing of the Freshman Instrumental Club, under the leadership of W. D. H.
