Governor M. Clifford Townsend last month convened Indiana's Legislature in a special session to vote some of the State's widely advertised $25,000,000 surplus into a pump-priming building program. Of greater interest to most Indianians was a much smaller piece of business-reconsideration of a highly unpopular Townsend act called the Gadget Law.
