Died. Joseph Fielding Smith, 95, tenth president and "prophet, seer and revelator" of the 3,000,000-member Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; in Salt Lake City. Son of the Mormons' sixth president and grandnephew of its martyred founder, Smith rose to the presidency two years ago because of his seniority on the governing Council of the Twelve.
