This evening the Prospect Union, 744 Massachusetts avenue, will close its winter session of evening classes with public exercises in the form of a debate. Mayor Wardwell, Senator F. J. Mcleod of this District, and Hon. F. W. Dallinger will act as judges. Music will be furnished by the Harvard Glee, Mandolin, and Banjo Clubs.
